My trial experience includes extensive engagement over many years as an Assistant District Attorney with the New York County District Attorney's Office and as an Enforcement Attorney with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. In the former position, I handled all aspects of criminal matters in types of cases ranging from robberies and burglaries to narcotic sales and possession and domestic assaults, and conducted numerous felony and misdemeanor trials. While with the SEC, I investigated and litigated cases of potential securities law violations by both corporate entities and individuals.
